How to Use Our Immigration Service
For advice and assistance on any of our services please come into any of our offices where one of our trained Associate Immigration Advisers will first spend a few minutes with you to quickly establish whether your enquiry comes under any of the services that you require.
If it is established that we cannot help you, our adviser will tell you why and s/he will offer you some alternatives.
Where it is established that we can assist, the client, will be required to have a detailed immigration assessment or consultation. The consultation lasts between 30-60 minutes.
During this assessment process you will normally be asked several questions and any of the documents presented will be studied.
This is necessary so that our adviser can identify the legal issues and decide on the best options that will help to solve your immigration matter.
The assessment & consultation will identify all the likely costs to you, processing time and any other evidence required for the success of your matter. We will also consider what we can offer you and you will be given a written copy of any advice offered to you.
If you decide to go ahead by engaging our service then you will be given a service agreement, which will give the full details of the terms and conditions of our service.

Individual Immigration
This covers the various types of 6 month or 12 month Visitor’s Visas and includes the following:
- Visitor’s Visas for six months; 2 years; 5years or 10 years
